Prophesy Users can now STOP searching for paperwork with Prophesy Document Imaging!


 

Prophesy Document Imaging (DI) is now available to organize and store your critical documents in an approach specifically designed for trucking companies.

 

The ultimate tool in document imaging for trucking companies, Prophesy DI allows users to quickly scan all truck, driver, or customer-related paperwork, photos, and hand written or signed documents directly into an organized system for easy retrieval. All critical documentation can easily be associated with tractors, trailers, drivers and customers. These documents can be scanned, located, viewed, printed, emailed, or faxed with a simple mouse click.

Reaching Your Technical Support Team – Insider Tips


 

The number one way to reach your Support Team quickly is to call support at 800-776-6707. We have expert technicians on hand to receive yours calls from 8:30am – 6pm EST. This call queue is based on a first come first served basis, to keep holding time to a minimum. Our wait time will vary depending on volume, but we are proud to say that it is usually under 6 minutes in length. These times may increase slightly during peak seasons, such as Fuel Tax Preparation time, and year-end close.

 

TIP! The largest volume of calls come into our Tech Support Center between the hours of 12-2pm. Calling in the morning or late afternoon will give you a speedier path to the help you need.

Tips & Tricks for Maximizing Your Prophesy Software


Prophesy Dispatch Software Tips & Tricks

  1. You can change the information that you want displayed on a driver settlement report.

    When you are prompted to enter the Settlement Reports Date range after creating a batch in the Settle & Post Pay screen, click the Report Options button. In the fields that display, you can add or remove stop details, sort loads by load number or date, and add or remove other earnings details that you want your drivers to view.


  2. You can automatically generate Areas from your existing customer records in Prophesy?

    Click Utility >> Generate Areas for Rating. In the window that opens, select which area types you wish to generate: by state, three digit zip code, five digit zip code, or a city/state combination. When you click the Generate button, Prophesy will create areas based on your customer, shipper, consignee, and broker location records.

For Prophesy FleetTrax Software

You can display your company logo on FleetTrax reports and invoices. First click Utility > Configuration and look for the Logo Path field. Type the location of your logo file in this field, or click the Browse button to locate it. Finally, click the Save button. Now your company logo will appear in the upper left of your reports and invoices.

For Prophesy Mileage & Routing Software

You can find out the name of any street on the map by clicking the street sign button on the toolbar and then clicking on the street on the map. A small message will appear displaying the name of the street.

For Prophesy TaxTally Software

In the Trip Manager window, you can reduce clutter by using the filter options at the right. To filter by date range, check the 'Trip Date Range' box and enter the date range. To show only specific vehicles, check the 'Units' box and click on the vehicles you want to display. You can also filter out any inactive vehicles by unchecking the 'Include Inactive Units' box.

For Prophesy DriverTrax Software

The Compliance List does not show expiration and test dates for individuals who have not yet been hired. If you would like applicants to be included in this list, simply open the Preferences window, click the System Defaults tab, and check the 'Show Applicants' checkbox. Then click Save and open the Compliance List (or refresh it if it is already open), and you will now see expiration and test dates for applicants just as you would for hired personnel.

For Prophesy LogPlus Software

To make it easier to see where your mouse is positioned on the grid in the Log Entry window, open the Preferences window and adjust the Log Time Display field. If you choose 'Fixed', the time where your mouse is positioned is displayed at the top of the grid. If you choose 'Floating', the time display will follow the mouse around as you move it on the grid. You can also choose 'None' if you would like to turn off this feature.
