This capability enables dispatchers to send driving directions, fuel stops and purchase amount information, created with FuelLogic, directly to drivers using mobile communications systems.

Prophesy originally created their communication link with Intouch by PeopleNet. Other mobile communication companies, such as HighwayMaster and Qualcomm, can use this technology to link FuelLogic to their systems.

FuelLogic is a fuel purchase optimization software program designed to minimize fuel costs and reduce out-of-route miles on each trip. It reviews all potential fuel stops along the most practical driving route and (based on current price information, downloaded daily from the Internet) selects the most economical stops and specifies the amount of fuel to purchase at each stop to minimize the average cost of fuel for the entire trip. Potential fuel stops can include either all truck stops in North American or a user-defined selection. FuelLogic will reduce your average fuel cost by as much as eight cents per gallon. Out-of-route miles can be significantly reduced by communicating the most practical driving route directly to the vehicle driver.
