1. The program doesn't respond when
I try to open the Print and Post Freight Bills screen.
Make sure that all windows within Dispatch are closed. Click on the Utility Menu
and select Clear User Views. Put a check in the Freight Billing check box, then
click Reset. Click OK and try reopening the Print/Post Freight Bills screen.
2. When I try to get into the Print/Post Freight
Bills screen, I get a message that someone else is posting.
If another user is not in the Print/Post Freight Bills screen, make sure that
all windows within Dispatch are closed and click Utility > Clear Posting
Flags. Click Yes on the message that appears and try opening the Print/Post
Freight Bills screen again.
3. When I try to open a module in Accounting
(Prophesy Accounting only), I get a message that a copy of this module is
already loaded on my desktop.
From the main screen in Prophesy Accounting, click File > Clear All Locks.
Enter your password (if one has been set up) and click Verify. This should
allow you to open the module as needed.
