University of Prophesy training courses are designed to help you implement your software and decrease implementation time.

We know that your staff is busy!
Which is why you needed your Prophesy software in the first place! At the University of Prophesy, we are accustomed to this, and we work with your team to maximize your time here, so that you will be ready to get started once you return home.

While at the University of Prophesy, your team will experience our intensive 2-day training which completely covers the software, while also giving special focus to the areas most important to your operation. Historically, this has proven to be the best practice for implementation. We provide the environment for learning... without the interruptions of your day-to-day routine, and with the expert guidance of the Prophesy Training & Implementation Team.

In 2005, the University of Prophesy opened our expanded state of the art training / implementation center driven by the needs of our customers. We provide an environment for learning, testing and securing success.

You can expect:

• Implementation planning specific to your company. Customized notes, guides and screenshots of what needs to be done for a successful implementation.
• Customized Training with your own Data - not a sample of what could happen, (that's simply a demo) We will work with your database, so that you can take it home and build upon what you have learned. This is a service unique to Prophesy, and one of our most popular features.
• Follow up - with each in-house training, your company receives individual attention. Your company is unique and we look for the situations and detail that your company will require to be successful. In addition, your trainer will provide a follow up customized database review to ensure your success.
• Upon completion of our curriculum each of staff member will receive a graduation certificate from the University of Prophesy. This is a certificate that your employees can be proud of. They have made the effort, and learned how to use the software to their greatest benefit. The Prophesy Team recognizes that and wishes to reward that also.

Simply can’t break away? We offer an alternative.

Although attending the University of Prophesy is our "gold-standard" training experience, some companies simply can't make the time. In that event, our company offers a web-based training alternative, which can help your company address the basics of the program without leaving your desk.

Our web-based training option, here's what you can expect:

1 hour sessions -We schedule 1 hour sessions with your staff to go over set up, how to book loads, manage your dispatch board, create freight bills, Settle drivers pay and send them to your accounting software.

During these sessions your instructor will challenge your staff to practice in the software and create a list of what needs to be addressed.

These sessions are designed to assist your staff along the way with specific areas of interest, or as a refresher course if needed. They are not recommended as a replacement for the University of Prophesy experience.
