B&D Transport Ltd., a growing trucking company in Springfield, OH, hauls dry freight from heavy dies to computer cabinets across America. To keep their fleet of 40 vehicles running as efficiently as possible, Reggie Conley, Business Manager for B&D, has invested in several software programs from Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc.

Prophesy Dispatch with QuickBooks Pro Interface, TaxTally, and Mileage & Routing are used daily at B&D. Conley says that they were immediately impressed with the quality of the service they received from the Prophesy staff. "We started in 1997 with TaxTally and Mileage. Our representative Audrey Kennedy stayed in touch and informed us of some of the new products. The Dispatch program became a need, due to our growth and record keeping headaches. We also served as a beta tester for the QuickBooks Pro Interface, which we are very pleased with and currently use to run our accounts receivables.

The decision by B&D Transport to purchase Prophesy Dispatch with QuickBooks Pro Interface was carefully made by a dedicated committee. B&D conducted intensive research of other software products on the market, but selected Prophesy's Dispatch software based on the positive relationship that they had held with Prophesy for several years. "We believed that the software was necessary and would justify its cost. We were pleased to be proven correct; it is invaluable in tracking our resources and it has increased our cash flow. We are now able to invoice for moves within a day of the procession of the P.O.D."

After purchasing the software, Conley took part in the Prophesy telephonic training program and in turn was able to personally train the rest of his staff. Conley gave this review of the Prophesy Technical Support team: "Excellent, I am on a first-name basis with most of the tech support people. As a beta tester of the QuickBooks Interface, I called with some unique questions, which it seemed were addressed within a couple of weeks with a new version containing the enhancement."

B&D Transport Ltd. has been in business since 1995. They are a contract carrier and third-party warehousing company with 64 employees.
