Edward J. Forman, CEO/President

Mr. Forman joined Prophesy Transportation Software in late 1992 as CEO. Under his guidance, the quality and breadth of Prophesy line of software solutions for trucking have grown tremendously. The success of our trucking software products can be attributed to his emphasis on delivering cost-effective solutions which offer high value and quick return on investment to Prophesy customers.

Prior to joining Prophesy Transportation Software, Mr. Forman was the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Pansophic Systems, a large public systems software company.

William Ashburn, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Bill Ashburn has been with Prophesy Transportation Software since its inception in 1984. Mr. Ashburn was instrumental in the development and launch of the transportation industry's first-ever PC-based commercial mileage & routing system. Since that time, Ashburn has played a key role in the expansion, growth and direction of Prophesy's product line and marketing focus.
